Steilneset Memorial

AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Singer sewing machine, various power tools. 2020.
A precedent study of the Steilneset Memorial designed by Louise Bourgeois and Peter Zumthor.

Composed of wood, cloth, and steel wire, this model was constructed from scratch over a period of two weeks using tools from the IE University woodshop. I was responsible for modeling the structure in Rhino, assisting in cutting and assembling the wooden frames, and sewing the entire cloth piece.

Completed with peers Rylee Smith and Lorenzo Uribe for a construction-focused architecture studio.
